Tournament Conditions:

Please read Conditions BEFORE submitting entries.
1. Matches shall be played under the Rules of Tennis Victoria. Tennis Australia Code of Conduct will be observed.
2. The Tournament Committee shall have entire control of the Tournament.
The Tournament Committee has the right to regrade players.
The Tournament Committee has the right to add or cancel any event.
The Tournament Committee has the right to vary the length of any match.
The Tournament Committee has the right to refuse the entry of any player.
3. Competitors must wear regulation Tennis Attire.
4. Entry must be made on official entry form. Photocopies acceptable. Fees must accompany entry form.
5. Players may only enter one event on the one day, with the exception of entries in the Open, where upon
losing in 1st round may enter A Grade events only, (round robin) on that day. Doubles events must be with
the same partner.
Open events will be knock-out events and all other events will be round robin.
A player entering in an Open event may not enter C grade events in Tournament.
All players MUST BE prepared to play ON EACH DAY of Tournament.
6. All players are required by 9am.
7. Players must report to Tournament Office on arrival and are strictly forbidden to leave courts without the approval of the Tournament secretary. Players not reporting within 10 minutes, when called, will be scratched.
8. Lower grades and Masters events may be played on synthetic courts.
9. Umpires will be provided if required. A foot fault umpire will be in attendance.
10. Winners are responsible for the return of balls and must report scores.
11. If a match remains unfinished for any reason and is then continued, play must be resumed from the point where it was
discontinued unless otherwise ordered by the Committee.
12. The Club provides perpetual trophies for the Championship Events which will remain on display in the clubhouse.
13. No competitor may enter any other Tournament on concurrent dates.
14. In the event of a small field, the final of the mens and ladies open singles may be played on Saturday.
15. No entry fees will be refunded after draws are completed.
16. The Tournament Committee will not tolerate offensive behaviour or language and asks patrons to report incidents or
concerns of this kind immediately to the Tournament Referee.
17. No alcohol is to be consumed or present on the courts at any time.
18. In the event of a small field the tournament committee has the right to introduce a round robin event.
